Reign Cleans exists because booking a cleaner in South Africa meant handing over your details to find out a price, then waiting. We published the price instead.
Our full pricing model, every multiplier and every discount is on the pricing page with a working calculator. You can compute your own price before you tell us your name. The calculator on that page is literally the same code that prices your booking at checkout — there is no second, higher number waiting at the end.
A Reign Pro keeps R60 of every R95 we charge per hour — roughly 63% — and the entire weekend and public-holiday surcharge goes to the person working it. We publish that split on the recruitment page because a platform that hides its take rate is usually hiding the size of it.
Identity verified, criminal record checked, two references actually phoned, two years minimum experience. All four clear before a Pro is offered a single booking. There is no "pending" status that still gets sent to your house.
What we are not. We are not a cleaning company with staff on a payroll, and we are not a directory that hands you a phone number. We are the layer in between: we vet, we price, we schedule, we stand behind the work, and we pay the Pro.

Accidental damage during a booking is covered by our booking cover. Report it within 24 hours with photos and we handle the claim.
Recurring bookings are a standing discount, not a lock-in. WhatsApp us your booking reference and we will skip a week or stop the schedule entirely.
