Booking
Up to 90 days ahead. The earliest start we accept is 3 hours from now, and anything starting within 24 hours carries a R60 express fee.
Yes. Cancel free of charge until midnight, as long as your Pro has not already confirmed by 15h00 the day before. After that a late-cancellation fee applies, because your Pro has already turned down other work for that slot.
No. Book with your name, email and mobile number. Track the booking any time with your reference and email — no password to lose.

Pricing & payment
Hours × R95, adjusted for the service, the day of the week, demand in your suburb and your booking frequency. Once-off bookings carry a R49 booking fee. Every one of those lines is itemised before you confirm.
Weekend work is harder to staff, so Saturdays carry 10% and Sundays and public holidays 15%. It goes to the Pro working the weekend.
No. Reign Cleans is not a VAT vendor, so nothing is added for tax and no tax invoice is issued. There is no call-out fee either. The price you see is the total.
On completion, by EFT or cash to your Pro. Card payment at booking is coming — we will not pretend it is live before it is.
Yes: 8% off every two weeks, 12% weekly, 15% twice a week and 18% for three or more. It is a standing discount, not an introductory rate, and there is no contract behind it.
On the day
Yes — and this is the one thing people forget. Reign Pros bring skill and time, not stock. You need a vacuum or broom, a mop and bucket, cloths, a multi-surface cleaner, a bathroom cleaner and bin bags. That is the full list — it is also shown to you in the booking flow.
No. Leave access instructions in step 7 — a key, a code, a neighbour or a concierge. You do not need to be there.
WhatsApp us on the number in the footer and we will find out where they are. If a Pro cannot make it we reassign and tell you; if we cannot reassign, the booking is cancelled at no cost to you.
On recurring bookings your Pro is held to your slot by default. For a once-off, mention the name in the notes and we will try.
Trust & safety
ID verification, a criminal record check, two called references and a minimum of two years cleaning experience. Nobody takes a booking before all four clear.
Accidental damage during a booking is covered by our booking cover. Report it within 24 hours with photos and we handle it.
Tell us within 24 hours. We send a Pro back to redo the affected areas at no cost. If it is still wrong, you do not pay for the booking.
We store only what a booking needs — name, contact details and the address being cleaned — and we never sell it. Full detail on the privacy page.
Working with us
R60 of every R95 charged per hour, paid weekly. Weekend and public holiday surcharges go to the Pro working them.

Yes. You set the suburbs you cover and the days you are available, and you accept or decline every booking offered.
