Privacy policy
What personal information Reign Cleans collects, why a booking needs it, who sees it, where it is stored, how long we keep it and your rights under POPIA. We never sell your data.
1. What we collect
To create a booking we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the address to be cleaned, access instructions you choose to give us, and the details of the job itself. We do not collect identity numbers or payment card details from customers.
From Reign Pro applicants we additionally collect identity information, work history and reference details, which are required to complete vetting.
2. Why we need it
To price the booking, to dispatch a Pro to the correct address, to contact you about that booking, and to meet our vetting and safety obligations. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
3. Who sees it
Your name, mobile number, address and access instructions are shared with the Reign Pro assigned to your booking, because they cannot do the job without them. Our operations staff can see your booking record. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
4. Where it is stored
Booking data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Passwords for staff accounts are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes and are never recoverable, including by us.
5. How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for five years for accounting and dispute purposes. Contact-form messages are retained for two years. Unsuccessful Reign Pro applications are deleted after twelve months.
6. Your rights under POPIA
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@reigncleans.co.za and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The booking flow stores your in-progress booking in your own browser's session storage so a refresh does not lose your work; it is cleared when you close the tab. Staff sessions in the admin portal use a single strictly-necessary session cookie.
