We estimate the hours from the size of the job, then it is simply hours × R95 with the move in / move out rate applied.

It gives you the strongest case. We clean to a handover standard, and we can send you a completion note with the booking reference and the time your Pro was on site — ask us for it on WhatsApp.
No, but say so when you book. Your Pro will clean around furniture and boxes rather than moving them, and the clean takes longer, so add an hour or two in step 5.
As early as you can. Month-end and the first three days of a month are the busiest slots on the platform and they fill first.
