Service
Pick from eight. The service sets the rate and the minimum hours.

Where
Province, city, suburb and street. Your suburb decides availability and demand.

Your home
Bedrooms and bathrooms. Common areas are always included and never counted separately.

Extras
Fridge, oven, cupboards, windows, walls, laundry. Each adds hours, not a fee.

Duration
We estimate it. You adjust it up or down inside the service minimum and maximum.

Date, start time and how often. Recurring saves up to 18% with no contract.

Name, email, mobile, access instructions, pets, and a products confirmation.

Vetting
Four checks. All four, before any booking.
A Reign Pro cannot be offered a single booking until every one of these clears. There is no provisional status and no exceptions.
- Identity verified — a valid South African ID or a valid work permit, checked against the person
- Criminal record check — run before onboarding
- Two references called — actually phoned, not just collected
- Two years minimum experience — this is not an entry-level platform
Changes & cancellations
The rules, plainly
Before 15h00 the day before
Cancel or reschedule at no charge, as long as your Pro has not already confirmed the slot. Use your booking reference.
After 15h00 the day before
A late-cancellation fee applies. Your Pro has already turned down other work to hold your slot, and that fee goes to them.
If we cancel on you
If a Pro cannot make it we reassign. If we cannot reassign, the booking is cancelled at no cost to you and we tell you as early as we know.
You supply the cleaning products and equipment. Reign Pros bring skill and time, not stock. The full list is in the booking flow, and on WhatsApp any time you want it again.
